Also known as: Apolipoprotein B Cardio IQ, Cardio IQ Apolipoprotein B
Also known as: CBC, CBC includes Differential and Platelets, CBC/PLT w/DIFF, Complete Blood Count (includes Differential and Platelets)
NOTE: Ulta Lab Tests provides CBC test results from Quest Diagnostics as they are reported. Often, different biomarker results are made available at different time intervals. When reporting the results, Ulta Lab Tests denotes those biomarkers not yet reported as 'pending' for every biomarker the test might report. Only biomarkers Quest Diagnostics observes are incorporated and represented in the final CBC test results provided by Ulta Lab Tests.

The Comprehensive Wellness Profile (CWP) + Cardio IQ® Advanced Lipid Panel panel contains 8 tests with 71 biomarkers.
Brief Description: The Comprehensive Wellness Profile (CWP) + Cardio IQ® Advanced Lipid Panel is an extensive health screening tool that combines general wellness checks with advanced cardiovascular risk assessment. This panel includes fundamental health evaluations like a Complete Blood Count with Differential and Platelets, a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and Total Iron, alongside specialized cardiovascular tests like the Cardio IQ® Apolipoprotein B, Cardio IQ® Lipid Panel, Cardio IQ® Lipoprotein (a), and Cardio IQ® Lipoprotein Fractionation, Ion Mobility. It also assesses thyroid function through the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone test.
Collection Method: Blood Draw
Specimen Type: Whole Blood and Serum
Test Preparation: Fasting for at least 12 hours prior to collection is required. Collection should be done in the morning.
Specific to TSH: Specimen collection after fluorescein dye angiography should be delayed for at least 3 days. For patients on hemodialysis, specimen collection should be delayed for 2 weeks.
According to the assay manufacturer Siemens: "Samples containing fluorescein can produce falsely depressed values when tested with the Advia Centaur TSH3 Ultra assay."
