Silver Blood Test
Silver, Serum/Plasma
The amount of silver in the blood is determined by this test. Numerous industrial processes use silver, including those that create jewelry, electronic parts, window coatings, pharmaceuticals, batteries, and other metal goods. Silver poisoning may result from excessive intake or inhalation of the metal. Increased blood pressure, diarrhea, stomach irritation, and breathing difficulties are all potential signs of silver toxicity. Kidney or liver damage may result from prolonged exposure.
This test is generally recommended when someone exhibits signs of silver toxicity, primarily if they work in an environment where silver is present.
