Also known as: CBC, CBC includes Differential and Platelets, CBC/PLT w/DIFF, Complete Blood Count (includes Differential and Platelets)
NOTE: Ulta Lab Tests provides CBC test results from Quest Diagnostics as they are reported. Often, different biomarker results are made available at different time intervals. When reporting the results, Ulta Lab Tests denotes those biomarkers not yet reported as 'pending' for every biomarker the test might report. Only biomarkers Quest Diagnostics observes are incorporated and represented in the final CBC test results provided by Ulta Lab Tests.

The Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 7 panel contains 38 tests with 150 biomarkers.
Brief Description: The Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 7 is a comprehensive health assessment specifically tailored for women. This advanced panel includes a wide range of tests designed to provide an in-depth overview of a woman's health status, focusing on cardiovascular health, hormonal balance, nutritional status, and more. It encompasses essential biomarkers for detecting potential health issues early, allowing for timely intervention and management.
This panel contains Estradiol #4021, which is not intended for patients under the age of 18 years old. For patients under 18 years old, order Estradiol, Ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS #30289. If Estradiol #4021 is ordered for a patient under 18, the lab will automatically change the code to and charge for Estradiol, Ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS #30289.
Collection Method: Blood Draw and Urine Collection
Specimen Type: Whole Blood, Serum, Plasma and Urine
Test Preparation: Patient should be fasting 12 hours prior to collection
Collection must be done before 9 a.m.
Patient should refrain from taking vitamins and mineral herbal supplements for at least one week before specimen collection.
TSH: Specimen collection after fluorescein dye angiography should be delayed for at least 3 days. For patients on hemodialysis, specimen collection should be delayed for 2 weeks.
According to the assay manufacturer Siemens: "Samples containing fluorescein can produce falsely depressed values when tested with the Advia Centaur TSH3 Ultra assay."
This panel may be ordered for a variety of reasons, including routine health screenings, evaluation of specific symptoms, or as part of a comprehensive health check-up. It is particularly beneficial for women looking to assess their risk for heart disease, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and other health concerns. This panel is also valuable for those with a family history of chronic conditions, those experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance, or anyone interested in a detailed health assessment.
Each test within the Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 7 offers valuable insights:
Take your health insights to the next level with our more advanced panels, each offering unique tests to further enhance your health understanding:
Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 8: This panel adds Cystatin C and Vitamin K, offering deeper insights into kidney function and bone health. Understanding these aspects can lead to more targeted interventions for maintaining kidney health and bone density.
Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 9: The most comprehensive panel includes all the tests from Panel 8 and introduces ApoE Genotype and Fecal Globin by Immunochemistry, providing genetic insights into lipid metabolism and an innovative, non-invasive screen for colorectal cancer.
This panel can detect a range of conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and more. For example, abnormalities in Apolipoprotein A1 and B, C-Reactive Protein, and Lipoprotein Fractionation Ion Mobility can indicate an increased risk of heart disease. Elevated Hemoglobin A1c levels could point to diabetes or pre-diabetes, while imbalances in Estradiol, Progesterone, and Testosterone may reveal hormonal disorders. Low levels of Vitamin B12 and Folate could indicate nutritional deficiencies.
Healthcare professionals use the results from this panel to develop comprehensive treatment and monitoring plans. For instance, elevated lipid levels might lead to a focus on dietary changes, physical activity, and possibly medication to manage cardiovascular risk. An imbalance in thyroid hormones could necessitate hormone replacement therapy. High glucose levels would prompt diabetes management strategies, including lifestyle modifications and glucose-lowering medications.
The Ulta Wellness Biomarkers - Women's Health Panel 7 offers a thorough health assessment for women, providing essential data for detecting potential health issues early and formulating effective treatment plans. This panel serves as a foundation for maintaining optimal health and preventing disease progression.
